Step 1: Thaw frozen mandu wrappers at room temperature for 10 minutes. In a bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil—mix until well combined and fragrant.

Step 2: Place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each wrapper. Wet the edges with water using your finger, then fold in half to create a triangle.
